Shipping Policy
We ship all frags in a thick Styrofoam container sized for the amount of frags packed in it. Cold or Heat packs will be used depending on weather, they are included in the box charge.
Shipping to any of the lower 48 United States is $40 per order. No item limit!
When you checkout please indicate the day of the week you want your corals shipped, Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday delivery in the order notes section, as well as any other special needs.
Please allow a day or 2 for us to process your order, sometimes we can send corals out the same day they are ordered, other times we can’t.
We will contact you with a confirmation on your ship out date, if there is a problem we will always wait for your reply before shipping to insure the safety of the livestock as well as the convenience to you.
Livestock Guarantee policy
We guarantee your frags will be packed properly, the coral will be alive and the container will still be full of water when it arrives.
If you think the coral is dead upon arrival email us immediately, a picture helps a lot as well and we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the frag that is dead.
