Shipping Policy
We ship all corals and frags in a thick Styrofoam container sized for the amount of frags packed in it. Cold or Heat packs will be used depending on weather, they are included in the flat rate overnight shipping cost.
"Drygoods" shipping to any of the lower 48 United States is $9.99 per item and on larger LEDs, items such as evo slims can be combined into one box and sent for $9.99 total. Some drygoods can be sent using overnight service but leds and pumps etc cannot be shipped using this method. If the value of the order is $100+ we have to send it signature required so once you get the tracking if you cant be home you can request it to be held at a fedex nearest to you for no additional cost
"Livestock" shipping to any of the lower 48 United States is as follows

We cannot ship to a different address than your billing address, due to recent fraud we have implemented this policy and so if you get an error or decline at checkout this would be why.
When you checkout please indicate the day of the week you want your corals shipped, Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday delivery in the order notes section, as well as any other special needs.
Please allow a day or 2 for us to process your order, sometimes we can send corals out the same day they are ordered, other times we can’t. LEDs and other drygoods in stock are usually shipped same day if order is placed by noon
We will contact you with a confirmation on your ship out date, if there is a problem we will always wait for your reply before shipping to insure the safety of the livestock as well as the convenience to you.
Livestock Guarantee policy
We guarantee your frags will be packed properly, the coral will be alive and the container will still be full of water when it arrives.
We are not liable for shipping delay due to weather or other issues fedex may incur during transit. We do our best to get the corals packed well and once we hand it off the Fedex there is nothing we can do to make sure it arrives on time unfortunately
If you think the coral is dead upon arrival email us immediately, a picture helps a lot as well and we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the frag that is dead.
Please contact us by email support@reefkoi.com as soon as possible so we can advise you on what to do with the coral.
